🕓Check-in from 2pm - Check-out by 10am. Special arrangements available on request.

🚭Smoking is allowed. Please be considerate of the property and any future guests.

🔇Quiet hours start at 9pm. We want everyone to enjoy a peaceful stay.

🍿Please do not use the antique bowls for popcorn or any other food. They are fragile and precious.

💳€400 non-refundable security deposit held at booking. Refunded within one week of checkout if no damage occurs.

⚠️A €300 soiling charge applies if any damage is discovered during your stay or upon checkout.
