🕓 Check-out is at 1:00 PM. Ray is flexible with late checkout if he's able to accommodate - just ask when you book.

🚭 No smoking anywhere in the apartment or on shared balcony areas.

🐕 Dogs are not permitted in the apartment.

🔑 Your room key is yours for the duration of your stay. Lock and unlock as you wish. Respect for shared spaces applies.

🍽️ Continental breakfast is provided. Tea and coffee are available throughout your stay. You can bring takeaway and eat in the kitchen.
