Oakville Lodge is where comfort meets countryside charm. This bright, airy home sits just steps from the sea with views across Bray Seafront - close enough to walk to restaurants and bars, far enough to feel like a proper escape.

Niall and I live on the same grounds and love helping guests make the most of their stay. Need restaurant reservations? A guided walk arranged? A full Irish breakfast prepared? Day spa booking? We'll handle it. Or we'll leave you completely to yourself - it's your choice.

The Wicklow Mountains are 10 minutes away. Dublin City is 40 minutes. Powerscourt Waterfall and gardens are 10 minutes. Everything feels accessible from here, but the house itself is a sanctuary - bright throws, soft lighting, a fireplace that warms the whole place, and the kind of quiet you don't get in the city.

From Dublin City: 40 minutes south via the N11. Bray is on the coast, easy to navigate. We'll send parking and arrival instructions 24 hours before you arrive.

Dublin Airport is 35 minutes by car. Direct motorway access. Car rental is available, or take the DART train straight to Bray.
🚌
Bus and train connections are excellent. The DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transit) runs directly to Bray - 10 minutes walk from the lodge. Direct buses from Dublin city run throughout the day.

🕓 Check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in available by arrangement - just let us know your travel time.
🚭 No smoking anywhere in the property. We want to keep the air fresh and the carpets pristine for everyone.
🐕 Dogs are not permitted. We keep the property pristine and allergy-free for all guests.
👥 This is a place for grown-up getaways and peaceful retreats. Not suitable for large parties or wild celebrations.
🔧 Self check-in via secure keybox. Full access instructions and WiFi details sent 24 hours before arrival.
