🕓 Check-in from 4pm - Check-out by 11am. Early arrival or late departure may be available, please ask.

🐕 Dogs are welcome. Please keep them off furniture and clean up after them in the garden. Multiple dogs require prior approval.

🚭 No smoking is permitted anywhere in the property. Outdoor smoking area available at the side.

🎉 Parties and events are not permitted. This is a family home in a peaceful rural setting.
