This isn't a hotel apartment dressed up for tourists. It's a real Barcelona home, lived in and loved, on a corner of Gracia that locals haven't forgotten yet. Three bedrooms, a balcony that fills with morning light, and everything you need to live here properly - not just visit.

"We woke up to the sounds of the neighbourhood. Cafes below, people everywhere, real Barcelona. The light in the mornings was extraordinary."

Gaudi is a ten-minute walk away. Eixample spreads in one direction, the green escapes to the north. But you'll probably spend your mornings on the balcony watching the city wake up, drinking coffee from one of the three perfect cafes on your corner. That's the point of staying here.

Everything you need.

Hi - what's the best cafe for breakfast in Gracia?
Which one have you found so far?
Not sure - it's our first time.
Cafe del Sol on the north side of the plaza opens at 7. Go early, order a cortado and a pastry, watch the neighbourhood wake up. Best seat in the district.
